Pop Up Sale Coming UP! March 13th and 14th

With these intensely cold winter days, staying home has become  a habit lately!  But positive things have happened - lots of crafting for our next pop up sale on March 13th and 14th.  We are planning an exciting two day event with a focus on showers and parties!  Tutus and tiaras will be abundant, along with a lot of new entertaining ideas!  We will share our go-to sources for having an impressive shower, tea or party for little effort and cost.  Simple recipes will be shared for sinful treats such as Amaretto Cherry filled Chocolate Tea sandwiches that even the most inexperienced cook can make! And just wait until you taste our new Floral Elixers- perfect for the signature cocktails at your next event. So gorgeous and unique- I can just see a silver tray of them at your next soiree.

Lavender Elixer Champagne Cocktails from the wedding blog- Everything that Sparkles.

We have been creating special toppers for cakes that will turn the most simple cake into
"something to talk about"!

sparkly rhinestone birdcages adorned with embellished cut-outs and rose petals!

And if that is not enough- add a few of our sugar roses at the base!
Yes anyone can do this!

If the birdcage isn't for you, then add our rhinestone Eiffel Tower for a French theme!

And remember- everything looks better under a cloche!

So pretty- love the color combo!  We will have different versions of these pretty little cakes at the event-

But more on the food later!
Let's check out some of the unique treasures that will be available during our event!

Cinderella Carriage in rhinestones- perfect for bridal tables.

Notice the Marie Antoinette birdcage in the center!

Tiaras -a must  for the guest of honor

Hand dyed French seam binding - a must have for gifts, tags, menus, invitations, etc.

soft luscious colors

Pretty tags for gift bags, bottles of wine or champagne or napkin embellishments

One of our most requested items- our hand embellished dress maker forms!
We will have a new selection available for sale during the event!
They are perfect for party entrances, centerpieces or simply for a room decoration.
All can be pinned into and are perfect to use as menu boards, picture boards or just mementos!

All will be wearing a tulle tutu - some with 35 years of netting!

This one is still in production-  made of a vintage piece of lace and rhinestone brooches.
Still needs to be painted and the skirt added.  A few more touches- can't share everything now!
We need a few surprises at the event!

And after the party is over, use it for your jewelry!

And now for Home Decorating-
We also have purchased an incredible new art line!
If you are looking for large pieces of art at awesome prices, you must see this line!
During our event, the representative , Mary Stonacek , will be in the shop with framing samples and the catalog of the entire line. If you are looking for something in particular- horses, abstract, nudes, landscapes, Parisian,- anything - come in and check this out!

Ballerina in creams, bronzes and greys- divine! Hand painted and just a yummy piece!

Beautiful nude - looks like a watercolor up close!  Over 5 feet tall and very impressive with
soft muted colors.  Lovely indeed!

Many other surprises coming for this event, and we will be updating the blog often!
- so mark your calendars-

March 13th 4 to 7:30

March 14th 11 am to 3 pm

While watching the news last night, the local weatherman said we are going to be at a balmy 50 degrees by March 13th!  But he also said snow was not starting until late tonight and we woke up this morning with more  snow on the ground!  So who knows what the weather will be!  But whether it's 10 or 50 degrees- don't miss this!  It will surely warm your spirits!
