A bow is glued to the back- just where the tail feathers begin.
Her rhinestone bonnet was made of pins and beads. To let the glue dry, she had to suffer through a
horrible ordeal of the dreaded rubber band. So glad that's over!
The lace was removed from the vintage dress and glued into place on the back of the peacock.
During the wedding, she will perch upon this antique gold urn. The urn will be filled with
white orchids, hydrangeas and roses. The train of the dress will puddle down the front of the table.
Surgery complete! Whoo- now I just need to tidy up my facial feathers!
The edge of the train- intricate pearl detail- will lay on the floor in front of the table.
The ring bearer pillow made of vintage belt buckles, pins and old metallic French lace.
A hand dyed French seam binding bow is embellished with tiny crystals to sit on the top.
A sweet flower girl basket to match the pillow.
Can't wait to see all this come together at the actual wedding!
